I though this woman would slap me and of course security came and cards me, not the wild screaming woman who does not remember when asked how much money was there. Otherwise an angry patron would shoot you for sitting at an empty machine that was empty for 20 minutes, and person comes yelling, and waving at your face that there was money left in the machine. If i can say one good thing about the place, they check for weapons.

When I venture out to the main floor to play, I will locate the area Lauren is working and, even if I lose on the slots, I feel like I've won in the end with her as my server. She displays the same level of class and professionalism that makes the main floor feel like you are in the HL room. Alex takes pride in her work, and I can't say enough nice things about her and the great service she provides.
